In June 2025, CVSA Group LTD was officially registered and established in Sinn Binh County, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, marking a key step in the official step of "going global" of China's large-scale comprehensive group enterprise-Guangdong Lanting Kitchen Import and Export Co., Ltd. CVSA GROUP LTD is the first overseas subsidiary of CVSA Group. It is strategically located close to Tan Son Nhat International Airport and has a superior logistics and business environment. It will serve as the core hub for the Group's business expansion in Southeast Asia.
